The Ukrainian Army is now a blooded, tested, capable fighting machine. Which has killed some of the best Russia had to send there.
The Russians are now calling up every warm body they can find to try to refill the ranks of their 'Army'. The majority of them will be short term conscripts re-drafted for combat.
If Ukraine had invaded Russia it might be a different story . . . But I suspect a LOT of Russians do not want to go to Ukraine to die.
