Another cowardly politician hoping the DOJ backs down. We know why. He's guilty as sin himself. Over Georgia at a minimum. And he, like Trump, is trying to hide under the coat-tails of the mob. What a snivelling wretch he is. For me, these sorts of inciting statements, Trump's and Graham's, tell us where the criminal behaviour is manifest. And if there's criminal behaviour, then the law applies.
