House Speaker Nancy Pelosiâ€™s husband, Paul Pelosi, pleaded guilty to a DUI charge in Northern California on Tuesday and was sentenced to five days in jail and three years of probation, authorities said.

A blood sample taken after a May 28 collision showed Pelosi, 82, had a blood alcohol content of 0.082%, prosecutors had said. The legal limit in California is 0.08%.
