I agree as an outsider it seems yucky.
But they aren't biologically related. So for me what matters most is are they happy?
If they are, well, it's in the weird more than the slimy place.
Can't imagine wanting that for myself, and definitely think it would be wrong in principle, but don't have steps anyway.
Even so, odd things happen to some people. I don't think Soon Ye and Woody Allen were related, were they? I expect she seemed a great relief from the wife he probably saw as psychotic. They stayed together, so their relationship can't be all bad.
