It's not their job to second guess the jury. It's their job to figure whether to charge a man if he broke the law.

As regards Andrew, they did it to save their own face after they cocked up with the real perp, Epstein.

Andrew's birth proved a liability. He couldn't defend himself in the civil trial to avoid reputational damage to the royal family. And the DOJ were clearly on a fishing expedition in a criminal sense.

Prince Andrew was born into his position.

Trump won millions of votes to get his.

This would be a first, to prosecute a former POTUS, they need to convince a jury of 12 that he's guilty.

With the division in this country, that could be challenging.

I think it's worth the risk!
NO One is above the law, & Trump has proven he has NO regard for the rule of law...
