Real estate firm held in contempt and fined $10,000 a day for failing to turn over documents in Trump probe
A commercial real estate firm that appraised several Trump Organization properties is being held in contempt by a New York judge over its failure to hand over documents in the state attorney general’s civil probe into former President Donald Trump’s business dealings.
The company, Cushman and Wakefield, will be fined $10,000 a day until it produces the documents, which are already more than a week overdue to Attorney General Letitia James’ office, the court order said.
