It's definitely a wedge issue, particularly for women and may motivate turn-out.

Will it change the election result?

My sense is that elections everywhere are mostly decided by people's feelings about the effect of the economy on their own lives.

So we'll see if Americans are angry enough about the imposition of SCOTUS' theocracy on the US to vote differently.
