Oh really? Please do elaborate. What new law do you believe they enacted when they determined that this wasn't a matter for the Federal government? They overturned a previous poor decision and did not establish a new policy.

The 10th Amendment speaks for itself. Pregnancy and abortion are not discussed in the Constitution and therefore fall to the states. States get to decide the matter as they see fit, even contradicting one another if they wish. It wasn't the SCOTUS that did that. It was our founding fathers.

You once claimed to carry a pocket Constitution - which I can hardly believe. If it's true that you did that, did you ever open it?
