...the problem with the Constitutional Right to an Abortion is that when the left uses the judiciary to enact laws they could not get passed thru the legislative bodies it can and will blow up in their faces sooner or later. They have pretended that abortion is a constitutional issue and that the right to keep and bear arms is not have both gone off unexpectedly this week.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
... but, of course, she is wrong. The Supreme Court is simply - and correctly - recognizing the undeniable FACT that abortion was NEVER a constitutional right in the first place. The very flawed Roe v. Wade decision politically manufactured that so-called "right" out of thin air. This is why the pro-abort fanatics have been so perpetually hysterical and desperate ever since the flawed decision was handed down in 1973 - they KNEW it was a ridiculous overreach and that eventually, if the Supreme Court ever once again had a majority of rational justices who cared more about The Constitution than politics, there was a really good chance it would be overturned.
But, console yourself, clo ... you can choose to live in a state that allows women to kill their babies before birth. THAT is the beauty of Federalism. It's just that you and your pro-abortion friends can no longer oppressively force your evil, narrow-mindedness on this issue on the rest of the American public, which is why you are actually beside yourself in bitter anguish about the rejection of your precious religious sacrament of abortion.
