Must be the result of the pandemic. Airline and airport people moved on to new careers. Customers expected the industry to spring back to life once covid became less of a problem. It hasn't. There's a shortage of personnel everywhere.
People are going to blame governments for failing to fix the problem. But they can't do much about it. This is a market issue. It will cure itself over time. For now, we're stuck with it.
