Why would he marry her, knowing she had been 'married' to a woman for some time before him?

That never made sense to me.

Now, with this interview, she's trying to win over public opinion.

But that will not work against the backdrop of a loss in court. It just comes across as self-righteous, vindictive and willful defamation and disrespectful of the court's decision. Maybe this is the goading, belligerent personality he was trying to deal with and could not.

Was she already in therapy when she met him? Sounds like she may have a longstanding mental health issue. Why would you marry a person who you tell your therapist hit you from the gitgo? I wonder if she's actually a proper fantasist. Her story makes less sense to me than it did.

The reports of his willingness to set aside the damages was so much more sensible than her response. But in his position, I might now think being magnanimous is pointless.
