It's clever.
But it's always the same story. People claim one right has priority over another, because theirs is an absolute right.
And the truth is, rights always overlap and in the end, a rights-based system doesn't really work because of it. The only interesting thing about rights is that they are never absolute.
A government simply has to make choices. It's best when they consider plenty of viewpoints and figure how to accommodate different ones as best as possible.
The Florida abortion ban is, of course, the assertion of an absolute right. And the religious freedom one is another. Both seem like a bad way to find a sensible compromise.
