I know nothing about the rights and wrongs of the case. Life's too short to follow every shooting story in any detail. Or put another way, there are so many cases and the overarching problem is access to guns. The solution is obvious, but Americans won't (or are unable to) do what is needed, for whatever reason. And the media chooses the stories they cover for their own reasons.
But you can't have it both ways. Instead of making an instantaneous decision, if only this officer waited an hour for body armour.
