When they decided to part he went out of his way to put pressure on people to have her fired & not hired.
Disney, prior to the article, wasn't moving forward with him for another pirate sequel, he was too much trouble at that point.
No angels, however she tried to get him sober as best she could. He's an addict & was a bully & jealous controlling man. She's much younger, I think that fed his insecurities.
