Texas - Policing Thoughts...

All the talk about the police in Texas holding back for an hour, rather than charging the building, like the police in Oxford, MI did in that high school shooting a few months ago. (Oxford PD had the perp in custody within 5 minutes of the first 911 call)

Was it because the kids inside were Hispanic, not white? Doesn't seem likely, as I expect most of the police are also Hispanic.

Second point: the shooter in Oxford was white. Arrested. The shooter in Buffalo was white. Arrested. The Charleston SC church shooter was white. Arrested. The El Paso WalMart shooter was white. Arrested.

The shooter this week was Hispanic. Shot dead by law enforcement.

Certainly no heroic efforts from what we see so far.. If any, they failed completely..
