Sounds like the sort of person who ought to be held to a hiher standard than ordinary people and so should get a stiff sentence.

Yes, 20 years is too much. But closer to ten than zero makes sense to me, given whatever the sentence, folks stay in for about half.

Thomas Webster, who claimed he was defending himself when he swung a metal flagpole at police and tackled one to the ground, choking him by his chin strap, was convicted by a jury on all six charges after roughly two hours of deliberations.
