If a guy is going to handbag another man, it might as well be over a joke of that sort.

There's a reason we have this thing called courtesy. It's so we don't want to kill one another. You cross that line into a different world. And that's where Rock went.

Not that Smith should have slapped Rock. But surely everyone has better things to do with their time than to prosecute playground behaviour.

Introduce cops into the equation and both Rock and Smith will wind up dead.
