FedGov people
who violated the Constitution,
Who broke laws.
Who harmed Americans
Who used their gov authority to enrich themself
Who pushed an agenda that harmed Americans.

But I'd create a website and database so that others could contribute to the list as well. I imagine it would ultimately have tens of millions of records, with the vast majority being people who reside here. An important component would be WHY the person is an enemy of our Constitution.
