Trump would have to sign his taxes, and I would think for any loans.

In November 2018, Cohen entered a second guilty plea for lying to a Senate committee about efforts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow. On December 12, 2018, he was sentenced to three years in federal prison and ordered to pay a $50,000 fine after pleading guilty to tax evasion and campaign finance violations.

Do something positive.

Are you certain about that because it's a big deal if so?

Financial transactions usually are designed to make someone responsible and to leave auditable trails.

But Trump is a master of evasion who makes a habit of avoiding responsibility, so I wonder if he signed the valuation and tax docs for the Trump org, or if he had a useful idiot do so.

Remember that it was his lawyer, Cohen, who went to jail over the Stormy thing, not Trump, even though Trump signed the cheques.
