That could be the issue. The trouble is, people at different levels of an organisation are still capable unintentionally of falling in love. Being human isn't neat and tidy that way.

Guess what will happen to the consent in hindsight if the relationship breaks down.

Next thing you know, it's the Cuomo situation.

At some point, we need to extricate ourselves from this awful, self-righteous, puritan mess and return to the idea that human beings are what they are. Get lawyers out of the bedroom.

Prosecute the obvious bad actors. Leave ordinary office romances alone.

Seriously, most people working spend most of their waking hours on the job.

If its a job they like, and find others with similar interests, well, the table is set, for romance.

The issue could be one of seniority, and power & control, in that role.

As long as they are consenting adults, what's the problem?
