Ray Epps is someone who made a lot of anti-Biden/pro-Trump noise on the internet talking about coming to Washington on January 6th, therefore he ended-up on the FBI's wanted list. However, once he had been picked-up, it was determined that the only thing that he had done was post stuff on the net. It turns out that he didn't do much of anything on January 6th, certainly nothing that violated any laws, so the FBI took him off their wanted list and he was free to go. That was the extent of his relationship with the FBI.
