and yesterday McConnell railed against Joe, claiming he is trying to destroy the filibuster...

Never taking responsibility for the robbery of court seats!

I fear for Justice Breyer's seat, if he waits too long to retire, McConnell will never let Joe replace him.


Do something positive.

Absolutely.

Or rather, McConnell did by cheating. It should be 5-4 on one side or the other.

The whole system is broken, but particularly in SCOTUS and the Senate - in both cases, it is McConnell who has broken it.
