She fired her gun into a car with Daunte, a passenger, and a cop on the passenger side. Gross recklessness.

She shouldn't have even used her taser under those circumstances, while Daunte was behind the wheel.
Which caused another car accident with an elderly couple.

Her lawyer argued she had every right to use her gun, even if it was an accident. Mr. Gray did NOT help her.

Remember, she was TRAINING a rookie when this happened, 26 years, she didn't show ANY professionalism.


Do something positive.

You know more than me, but I saw the video and it was definitely an accident.

So whatever else she is thinking, she didn't intend to kill the guy.

I don't know why US police use weapons of several types to subdue people. Unless a person is armed or clearly aiming to harm someone, I'd say they shouldn't use them at all. Driving a car is not being armed unless they are using it in a way that is likely to injure someone.

Basically, the police get to use these weapons because other people have guns. So many people die because of that useless "right". Why is a "right" not to be harmed or at risk of being harmed by others of insufficient importance to affect the Bill of Rights? Untramelled rights are so dumb.
