At the same time, police use of weapons to subdue Americans is brutal. But it primarily results from the ridiculous gun laws in the US. The problem won't get resolved by calling their behaviour racist (which sometimes it may be). It will only get cured by changing gun laws and reducing ownership to about a tenth what it is. And that doesn't look feasible.

So basically, you're stuck with the problem.

That says nothing about the kid she killed who looks good-natured in the images. But he doesn't get justice by putting a person in jail who didn't intend to kill him.

Derek Chauvin was a very different sort of fish to this cop. This was a heat-of-the-moment accident.
