That says nothing about the kid she killed who looks good-natured in the images. But he doesn't get justice by putting a person in jail who didn't intend to kill him.

Derek Chauvin was a very different sort of fish to this cop. This was a heat-of-the-moment accident.

It was clearly an accident. In the absence of mens rea, how is that a crime?
