The recent comment I made was the kind of thing he would laugh at. No disrespect to the capn. He would also find the notion that we were looking out for the crazy redhead in his absence would also be amusing.
There is an old country song, "Sit me up beside the jukebox when I die". The capn was the kind of guy who would like that song. He didn't want anybody crying or feeling bad on his account. Not a sympathy seeker.
Maybe Im wrong, but I think he is lookin down and giggling right now. Partially at my humor but mostly at the pain that is gone and the greeting he received from his two pooches at the rainbow bridge.
