CRT is Critical Race Theory, isn't it?
It's the woke issues that get Dems every time. All the stuff about reparations, pulling down statues of imperfect humans, opportunistic metoo women suing men over nothing claims and so on.
Unless Dems stop being soft on these issues, they'll gain no new votes on the left and lose voters in the middle. There has never been a majority for ideological puritans and never will be. Except in a self-selecting territory like the Plymouth Colony.
Although in the case of CRT, it's mostly an invention of the right to scare its own voters and which the least bright people on the left assume is a thing and adopt it.
