In his bid to show he can out-xenophobe his rivals for president, Macron continues his attempts to damage post-Brexit UK.

Still smarting over the EU's jabs failure, he now wants to bully the UK into giving up its fish. He's trying to gull the EU into backing France. So far, no luck.
