...I had read enough about the corps to know I was going to get yelled at a lot. One of my uncles was a jarhead in WWII and I had talked to him about it and so I knew pretty much what to expect. The DI's screaming and cursing at us showed a creativity with the foul side of the English language that it was more humorous than anything else. I knew that what they were doing could save lives somewhere down the road.

iffen he would have come to the Corps we coulda used him as a jump board for the wall and likely never touched the top of it ! Cheesy Grin Thumbs Up

Didn't ya love the DI screaming at ya and everyone else to git yer blankety blank over that wall and call you names you never even heard of before?

I look back in my mind at things sometimes and can now just laugh myself silly over them... They weren't so funny at the time.. But it all worked out and made us better..
