...there's three guys in south Georgia on trial for murder cause they tried to play "Let's Be Cops". Don't think I have any interest in enforcing mandates.

A wholly reasonable and appropriate statement. If California wants to police restaurant patrons, then it needs to send out its own Covid Gestapo to attempt to enforce its ignorant rules. This isn't a restaurant's responsibility.
