Just because someone misconstrues your interest doesn't make it a sex assault.

If a man invites a woman in for coffee after a date, she shouldn't be entirely surprised that he thinks she's interested in a kiss. Everyone knows that an invitation in for a coffee is a euphemism for expressing an interest. You don't expect to exchange a contract before a kiss.

When he kissed her and she said nope, he respected it. The world has just gone crazy that a clumsy attempt at a snog is now deemed sexual assault.

The latest nutty woke thing after Cuomo. Don't liberals realise they lose elections because they support this kind of redefinition of behaviour.

No one but a puritan wants lawyers to be part of the dating game.

You want legal terminology and action when you leave the realm of obvious miscommunication and enter the world of actual compulsion against a person's clearly-expressed wishes.

This, on the other hand, is the latest in a long line of people claiming to be a victim to sell an otherwise uninteresting book.
