I watched.
Judge Kathryn Quaintance held him responsible for more than his crime, she noted the millions paid out because of his & George Floyd's murder, though she didn't name Floyd.

He could have been sentenced from 41 to 57 months, she chose the most.
I think that sucks, he had NO malice intent, he won an award for model prisoner.
