A few weeks ago Lindell wrote a letter to the Idaho Secretary of State demanding that the state conduct an 'audit' similar to the one that happened in Arizona. Now Trump won Idaho by OVER 30% points, but Lindell insisted that they had to do the 'audit' so as to uncover the fraud that was taking place across the country, even in states that Trump won. However, the Secretary of State was a little dubious of these claims, particularly when Lindell's letter argued that the voting machines in ALL 44 counties in Idaho had been hacked and that a large number of votes had been switched from Trump to Biden (keep in mind that Trump beat Biden in Idaho by over 30% points). The reason for the skepticism was because SEVEN of the counties never used any electronic devices to count the ballots. There were so few registered voters in those seven counties that they simply counted the ballots by hand to start with. However, to placate Lindell (and we assume Trump as well), the Secretary of State agreed to do a hand recount of TWO Idaho counties.
Well the results are in and there was NO hint of voter fraud found in either county. The hand recount showed that Biden got the exact number of votes that had been originally reported, but that Trump LOST nine votes. However, Lindell is now insisting that this proves that there were problems and he's now demanding that the OTHER 42 counties conduct hand recounts as well. The Idaho Secretary of States says that he's done his job and there will be NO further recounts, unless he's ordered to by the courts.
You know, they better be careful. Every time they run one of these 'audits', the margin between Biden and Trump widens. You'd think that they'd get the message that this strategy is simply NOT working.
