He's further to the woke left than I am so I have no real problem with him being somewhat constrained.

But I am not sure how the constraints will work.

Justin Trudeau will remain as Canada’s prime minister, Canadian TV projected, but it is unclear if his Liberal Party will regain a majority.

Mr. Trudeau called the vote two years earlier than scheduled, in a bid to regain the legislative majority his party lost in 2019. But preliminary results suggested that the Liberals would probably not achieve that.
