So far as I am concerned, if you come up to me without a mask and cough on purpose in my face because I am wearing one in a supermarket, I can shoot you and claim self defense, fearing for my life. End of story. This is America, ain’t it? 

...ok by me. On the other hand if I am a cop trying to keep ya from burning the city down and ya spit on me or get really close to my face screaming at me I should be able to blow your worthless arse to kingdom come for the same reason.
