John Grisham & David Baldacci have been my favorites, I've read all of Grisham & most of Baldacci.

This is the first Patterson book for me. I admit Bill Clinton was the draw.

Has your wife read, The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek
Novel by Kim Michele Richardson? The story is a fictionalized account of two real subjects in the history of eastern Kentucky
Its very good.

Do something positive.

That's what I like about books by James Patterson, short chapters. It makes it easy to read since you can stop, almost any time you want, at the end of a chapter. Note that we have 43 of his books, and I've read most all of them.
