Shows up the issue of jurisdiction.

US courts don't have jurisdiction in the UK. The Metropolitan police have looked into the case from a UK criminal perspective and found no evidence of wrongdoing. Giuffre can't sue Andrew in the UK because, even if anything occurred, which he vehemently denies, the age of consent is 16 here, so there's no illegal incident to pursue.

This has always been about the money. Giuffre wants a lot of it and thinks she can embarrass Andrew into paying her off. But her case depends upon her truthfulness, and her lying has already been revealed.

If I was the judge, I'd toss out her case.

because they talked to someone's brother's maiden aunt's cousin's horse (or something).

The whole thing is riduculous. Giuffre is no victim. Alan Dershowitz showed she was a liar. Now she is loving every second in attempting to extort a vast settlement from Prince Andrew.

She's playing a dirty game. He's responding in kind.
