Foreigners stranded in Afghanistan since the frenzied U.S. military evacuation late last month arrived at the airport with their departure seemingly assured as the Taliban said that people with the proper papers were free to leave.

A U.S. official said that about 200 people would soon fly out of Kabul. But there was no indication about whether Afghan nationals would also be allowed to depart.

Do something positive.
