Yes, I've got my vaccine QR code on my phone as well, plus a scan of the original vaccine card. I also made a copy of the original vaccine card, reduced in size to fit in my wallet, and which I've laminated.
There was no charge for registering our vaccination records... This came up in another venue so I had to share the OC Register article..
I keep the QR code on my iPhone a couple places, Notes & Photos.. Scanned it shows all the info, type, dates, etc... No charge, at least here in NorCal!
