In preparation for the next 'Stop the Steal' rally, scheduled to be held on September 18th in Washington DC, the Trump International Hotel has increased the price for their least expensive rooms from $400 to $2,400 per night, covering the days leading up to and through that weekend.
Now at first, one might think that perhaps the Trump Organization was trying to profit from the people who would be coming to town that weekend for the rally. Of course, their could be another reason for the price hikes. Perhaps the management is simply trying to make sure that the typical individual who tends to show-up for these rallies, that they will NOT be able to afford to stay at the Trump hotel. After all, people wondering around the lobby or sitting in the bar with T-shirts covered in expletives, or wearing camo jackets and army boots to say nothing of the long beards and red MAGA hats, this is NOT the image that the hotel really wants to project, now is it?
