Back in February, when they first announced that individuals 65 and over could get get the vaccine, we didn't have to do anything.

We were watching the evening news on a Friday and within a minute of each other, both my wife and I got a message on our phones, from the medical group that our family physician belongs to, notifying us to go online and sign-up for our vaccines. I immediately logged-on and within a few minutes we had appointments for our first dose for that Sunday morning, just two days away.

And our experience getting our vaccines was just as easy and organized as was our notification and registration, including our follow-up three-weeks later (we got the Pfizer vaccine).

I think it means all of us should be signing in... Too hectic to check for now, see what next week brings... My Doc was no help at all on the initial vaccines, so I went to a 3rd party... Maybe just drive in, do it...

Need to look at whether we need to stick to Pfizer or Moderna for the boosters..
