It's not the terrorists getting blown up that will cause the uproar ... it will be all of the massive collateral damage and death from the total war I am referring to. We'd have to be absolute, cold-hearted dealers of death who obliterate pretty much everything and everyone and then leave with the parting statement of "Do NOT give us any excuse to come back."
