How funny. The parcel next to mine IS up for sale. I noticed that on Monday. And it's a real beauty, better than my land... my current 10 acre land, not my newer land. I don't know anyone with a better spread than it - though, of course, I don't get around much and better places must exist. I just haven't seen 'em.
IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT, YOU SHOULD LOOK INTO ITS PURCHASE. I am not kidding!

Anyway, the parcel next to mine is probably 15 or 20 acres, flat, consists of both field and woods, and has a pretty significant stream. It's really nice and is one of the last unimproved chunks of buildable land in this town. (That situation will change if new roads are built, though. There are a lot of people here with significant acreage.) I don't know how much the seller is asking. Probably a lot.

Sweet cheeks, I can't handle 15 or 20 acres by myself.
If there was a pretty significant stream then I wouldn't have to worry about a new bathtub.
You should buy it before they put new roads in.
FIND OUT how much it costs, then deduct what you would have spent on 4 years of tuition, and go from there.
They don't make LAND anymore. Had you heard?
