And it's a real beauty, better than my land... my current 10 acre land, not Property #2. I don't know anyone with a better spread than it - though, of course, I don't get around much and better places must exist. I just haven't seen 'em.
Anyway, the parcel next to mine is probably 15 or 20 acres, flat, consisting of both field and woods, and with a significant stream. It's really nice and is one of the last unimproved chunks of buildable land in this town. (That situation will change if new roads are built, though. There are a lot of people here with substantial acreage.) I don't know how much the seller is asking. Probably a lot.
