If 'too short' is a problem . . . I would think that
that would be a problem anywhere you put them.
I could suggest you send the pictures to the Honey and
ask where SHE would like them . . .
But I think the spout in the left rear where the water
would come down around your feet . . . with the controls
center left easiest to reach from either end. She only
needs to get at the controls to start the fill, and
again to shut the water off.
