You don't really expect doctors and nurses to take their patients' word for whether they have a contagious disease, do you? That would jeopardize their staff and other patients.

The Covid Test involves either having a swab stuck up your nose or just giving them a little spit. (There's more than one type of Covid test.) Stop digging your heels in and take the test. If you don't have Covid, you have nothing to lose.
