Today the Concrete Masons are coming to micro's residence.
Miz micro decided whe wanted less height in the steps coming into the front of the house and bigger landings.
So in order to stay on her good side, I have contracted with a company to remove the sidewalk and stairway and porch stoop and drew them out on my board a new design that adds one more step, elongates the new steps in both width and depth and shortens drastically the height of them by adding one additional step. The rear stoop which is sizeable that you go out to the large patio will also be replaced with some better concrete. It needs replacing. Mostly rocks showing on top now.
And THAT will be the end of my summer working on home updates on the exterior. I will be beginning (a repainting) of the family room cuz she don't like the wall color. That room has almost ten foot ceiling.
I need to get out of town to escape this forced labor......
