I don't know ... looks like the waitresses are more likely to cause the heart attack than the burgers ... or, at least, an impromptu visit to the Clark County Public Health STD Clinic.

It looks like this Heart Attack Grill customer opted for the hot dogs, instead of the burger ...

Swear to god, this looks like a menu item at The Heart Attack Grill!

The Heart Attack Grill on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas is a truly unique restaurant, where glutony and obesity reigns supreme. Where else can you go to eat a 9,982 calorie burger, served by a buxom waitress dressed as a nurse, listen to karaoke, and wash it back with a shot of liquor served in a prescription bottle?

Now about dinner: I hope you are not serving grits with crumpled up bacon on top.

I have a better idea! SEAFOOD TRIO at the Voo Doo Restaurant, 50th floor, at THE RIO.

Shrimp, lobster and crab wrapped in bacon (always bacon!), garlic mashed, butter whipped bread with seafood sauce and some kind of vegetable, but the only one I really like is corn. I know why, too. It has the most carbs.

Then the 7-layer chocolate cake with ice cream on the side.

I was there on Tuesday. They don't have that on the menu anymore.
