...there were lawsuits filed before the dust settled. The folks who have the money should settle the lawsuits before somebody realizes that there could be some criminal charges. Wealthy folks hate prison almost as bad as they hate getting up off their wallet.

Which is why one would NOT want to be a past or current member of the Condominium Board or associated with the builder. The lawsuits will be flying hot and heavy!
