Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good conversation in Christ.

Having a good conscience... Knowing that you did noting amiss against anyone who speaks evil of you to others because they do not like you being a testimony for the LORD. They are evil.. anda re falsely accusing you.
